Client Feature: Georgia Myo Solutions

Miranda Allen of Georgia Myo Solutions found me through a referral from another myofunctional therapist. When we first connected, she had already begun building her website — but quickly realized she needed strategic support to bring her vision to life in a cohesive, high-performing way.

Together, we developed a brand identity that strikes a balance between professionalism and approachability — reflecting the fact that Miranda works with both children and adults. It was important that the brand didn’t feel overly juvenile, which could alienate part of her audience, so we grounded the identity in a timeless, classic color palette.

One of the most meaningful elements is the peach icon in her logo. It’s a thoughtful nod to her home state of Georgia and the community she serves, while also subtly representing the airway and a heart—symbolizing both the clinical focus of her work and her commitment to compassionate care.

With the brand direction established, we moved into website development on Squarespace. Miranda had already laid a strong foundation with her content structure, which allowed us to move quickly into refining the user experience and visual storytelling. She also had a professional photoshoot scheduled (truly a designer’s dream.) I provided guidance ahead of time, requesting wide, hero-style imagery to ensure we had strong, versatile backgrounds for text overlays. The final gallery, captured by Atlanta-based Fellows Creative Co., exceeded expectations and elevated the overall look and feel of the site.

Because Miranda was building visibility for a relatively new practice, education and discoverability were key priorities. I conducted in-depth research into the myofunctional therapy space, including competitor analysis and SEO keyword strategy, to ensure the site not only looked beautiful but also performed well in search and clearly communicated the value of her services.

We also incorporated thoughtful movement and interactivity throughout the site to enhance engagement without sacrificing clarity. Features like a streamlined mega menu, subtle scrolling text, hover and tap interactions, parallax backgrounds, and sticky content sections all work together to create a modern, intuitive browsing experience.

The result is a brand and website that not only reflects Miranda’s expertise and values, but also positions her practice for long-term growth. It’s been incredibly rewarding to see how this foundation supports her ability to connect with and educate her audience.

Miranda was a fantastic collaborator throughout the process—thoughtful, responsive, and deeply invested in the outcome. Below, she shares more about her experience working together.

Amanda: Miranda, thank you so much for taking the time to answer a few questions about your business and your experience working with me! To start, please tell the readers about your business.

Miranda: I’m an orofacial myofunctional therapist and a dental hygienist with 17 years of experience. I started my business to help both children and adults improve breathing, oral function, and overall health through myofunctional therapy.

I work with patients who struggle with things like mouth breathing, tongue posture issues, sleep-disordered breathing, and orthodontic relapse. My goal is to get to the root cause, not just treat symptoms.

I primarily serve families, children, and adults who are looking for a more holistic and functional approach to their health. What makes my practice unique is my background in dental hygiene combined with specialized training in airway and myofunctional therapy, allowing me to connect oral function, breathing, and overall wellness.

Right now, I’m most proud of building something that truly helps people understand their bodies and improve their quality of life.

That’s beautiful, and from what I know from working with you, right on target!

Before connecting with me, what problems were you facing as you started your practice?

Before working together, I felt overwhelmed trying to create a website that looked professional and truly reflected my brand. I knew what I wanted to say, but I struggled with how to present it in a clear, cohesive, and polished way.

My messaging felt a little scattered, and I didn’t feel confident that my website represented the level of care and expertise I provide.

I decided it was time to invest because I wanted a strong online presence that builds trust, educates clients, and helps grow my business.

I’m so glad I was given the chance to help you feel more confident with your online presence! What was it about me or my work that helped you decide I was the right person to hire?

One of the main reasons I chose to work with you is because I had seen your previous work, including a website you designed that I loved. It immediately stood out to me as clean, professional, and exactly the kind of look I wanted for my own business.

Everything felt elevated but still warm and approachable, which was really important to me. I also felt like you understood my vision and helped bring clarity to it.

Thank you for that, your trust means a lot to me! I know we just launched your site, but what kind of impact has it created for you so far?

Working together was very smooth and collaborative. You were organized, responsive, and really paid attention to the details. What stood out most to me was how you took my ideas and turned them into something that looked polished and cohesive.

I was honestly surprised at how much better everything came together than what I had originally envisioned.

And how do you feel now compared to before?

I feel much more confident and established in my business now compared to before.

It has definitely changed how I talk about my business. I feel more clear, more professional, and more comfortable putting myself out there.

I’m so glad! I know you’ll do great things. So, what’s next for you?

Right now, I’m focused on continuing to grow my myofunctional therapy practice and building relationships with local providers.

I’m excited to keep educating clients and expanding awareness around airway health and myofunctional therapy.

People can find me online through my website and social media as I continue to grow my presence.

Very exciting! One last thing: If someone is on the fence about working with me, what would you tell them?

I would say it’s absolutely worth it. Having a professional, well-designed website makes such a difference in how your business is perceived and how confident you feel sharing it.

If you’re thinking about it, just go for it. You won’t regret it.
